Erling Haaland has become the fastest and youngest player to ever score 30 goals in the Champions League. Haaland broke both records after scoring five goals as Manchester City thrashed RB Leipzig 7-0. It took the 22-year-old just 25 games in the Champions League to reach the 30-goal mark. He is only the third player to score five in a single Champions League game, after Lionel Messi & Luiz Adriano. His five goals in the game also mean he has now scored five hattricks in his debut season for Manchester City. Haaland also became the most prolific scorer in a single season for the club. Beating the previous record of 38 in all competitions set by Tommy Johnson in 1928-29.
